I was very excited about this umbrella when I ordered it. I am moving to an area where I can expect rain every day. When the Umbrella arrived it was incredibly dirty. There was a white residue all over the plastic that took quite a while to clean. Once I had the umbrella cleaned up, I wanted to try it out. Walking around with it I thought it was pretty small! Well, after further investigation I realized the tag said Children's Umbrella. The umbrella is advertised as an adult umbrella. I don't know if this was just a mistake or if there is a false advertising issue here. Either way I am very disappointed that I received a dirty, children's umbrella when I ordered a new adult umbrella.

So far I used it only once but in a very bad weather. It was pouring rain some wind gusts and the umbrella was doing its job perfectly.It is well built and very sturdy. It is the first time in my life I'm not afraid of the wind gusts to break my umbrella.Easy to handle, absolutely had no problem opening and closing it (it did not pinch me).The size is just right. Big and comfortable for me and at the same time not too big that you can't walk on the street. Another advantage is that it actually protects you from being poked by other people's umbrellas.For moms: If you are caught in the rain with your baby on you, I'm sure this is one of the best umbrellas to have to protect the baby from getting wet.It looks very nice and you see through it which is great!Very happy with my purchase and if this one ever breaks, I will definitely buy again.

I purchased 2 unbrellas a week ago and they arrived in the mail yesterday in a timely fashion (for that I would give 4 stars). I opened up the box and to my surprised it looked as if I had purchased white umbrellas but it ended up that both umbrellas were COVERED in thick, white dust (inside AND outside the umbrella). I've only cleaned one so far and need to take a picture of the difference between the two. It took me over 30 minutes to clean the one and it STILL looks dirty. If I am purchasing something new, why does it look this way?? It was upsetting, they were meant to be gifts but I can't even feel right giving them.Good luck with this seller, I will never purchase from them agai. I have been "stuck" in an electronic wheelchair and on my first week in it, there was a rainstorm with the type of winds that go sideways. The wind could not get underneath the umbrella to blow it inside out; I had been very concerned being stuck in the rain because it took me a while to get me from one place to another. This preformed so well, I don't think many people need the warranty that this comes with this unless you run it over with a truck.

It is a nice umbrella. The fabric is pretty and it's a nice weight, and here in AZ I can tell a difference in heat and sun exposure when I use it. But the spines are fragile. I had one spine pop on me pretty much the first time I used it. But, they did replace it with no problem and I look forward to using it this summer. Three stars for the umbrella, five stars for the customer service balances out to 4 stars.

 This is a very pretty umbrella but be aware that it is kind of an odd color. The description says the color is "grass". The picture looks like a light green. It is actually iridescent golden green. Sound strange? Yeah, kinda. The under side is gold. The top side is the iridescent golden green. The cut-out lace flowers are sort of a smokey dark grey and there are silver sequins. It is pretty. But the color is just not what was described. I was hoping to use it with a green dress I have and plan to wear to a wedding. The color in the picture would have worked perfectly. But this won't. I'll still keep it because it is pretty, but I'm not sure what I'll wear it with.

I love this umbrella. It covers your shoulders, and your purse. I walk everywhere in downtown Chicago, to and from home to work, I don't drive, so this is the perfect umbrella for me. It does not blow upside down. I was standing on the street corner waiting for the red light to change, and the girl beside me -- her umbrella blew upside down while waiting for the light to change, and my umbrella did Not blow upside down. It is strong enough to hold up against the Chicago wind. I'm so glad I purchased this one.
