Rain On Umbrella

I purchased 2 unbrellas a week ago and they arrived in the mail yesterday in a timely fashion (for that I would give 4 stars). I opened up the box and to my surprised it looked as if I had purchased white umbrellas but it ended up that both umbrellas were COVERED in thick, white dust (inside AND outside the umbrella). I've only cleaned one so far and need to take a picture of the difference between the two. It took me over 30 minutes to clean the one and it STILL looks dirty. If I am purchasing something new, why does it look this way?? It was upsetting, they were meant to be gifts but I can't even feel right giving them.Good luck with this seller, I will never purchase from them agai. I have been "stuck" in an electronic wheelchair and on my first week in it, there was a rainstorm with the type of winds that go sideways. The wind could not get underneath the umbrella to blow it inside out; I had been very concerned being stuck in the rain because it took me a while to get me from one place to another. This preformed so well, I don't think many people need the warranty that this comes with this unless you run it over with a truck.
