Fulton Birdcage Umbrella

GustBuster 48 inch umbrellaI feel pretty good walking with such an expensive umbrella and it does stand up to the spirit of the wind. The tip cover broke off shortly after purchase. Recently a plastic stress support (1 of 8) broke and I called GustBuster about a replacement umbrella and they gave me an RMA# and asked me to include $10 for return postage and I thought that is outrageous. They emailed me telling me that is there policy for 12 years. Maybe I'll use the umbrella like it is. I don't know if to recommend this umbrella but there is no competition to its uniqueness. Acts of God must have damaged my umbrella and the whole company has a bad reputation now. If you love the company, you would buy their umbrellas. I admit, I feel love.
